The Galaxy Edge S6 receives the award for best smartphone 2015-2016

Formalized in March and launched the following month, Edge Galaxy S6 has received the award for best smartphone of the 2015-2016 season. A prestigious award from the European Imaging And Sound Association (EISA) which elects every year since 2005, the best mobile phone of the year. Last year, this same prize was won by the LG G3 and the year before by the HTC One, first name.

Consisting of fifty journalists across twenty countries, EISA has just decreed that the Galaxy S6 Edge was the "best ever produced by Samsung smartphone". The jury emphasized in particular its elegance but also its performance and the quality of its camera and its Quad HD screen. A smartphone that EISA calls "luxurious".

As you already know, Edge S6 features a premium design characterized by a unibody combines aluminum and glass protective Gorilla Glass 4. materials which are added a Quad HD Super AMOLED curved screen on both side edges. A concept that seems to work because Samsung has just launched a Galaxy S6 Edge + 5.7 inches that we recently tested.

In this original design is in addition a octa core Exynos 7420 processor performance associated with ultra 3GB RAM LPDDR4 and a 16 megapixel photo sensor aperture f / 1.9 with OIS optical stabilization which, even four months after its release, remains the best programs from DxOMark.
